1. select a video block by clicking it or selecting in layers
2. in the settings panel (to the right) click "replace/upload video"
3. wait until it is being uploaded and then transcoded.

while it is being transcoded, you can upload other videos in bulk to save time. To create more concurrent uploads, click ctrl+D having selected the video block. Use headings to distinguish the videos

4. once done, again in the settings panel underneath the video thumbnail there is a link icon. Right click and copy over

once you have your file links, you can go to the CMS (Collection lists), then to projects, open up the one you need and paste into preview and main video fields
